Caloocan issues ‘fully vaxxed’ certificates
Caloocan has started providing “Fully Vaxxed” certifications to establishments in the city whose employees are 100 percent fully-vaccinated, according to a report by Daily Tribune.
Mayor Oca Malapitan said the initiative will encourage businesses in the city to have all their employees vaccinated.
“Immunization is not only protection for ourselves, but also for our family — those involved in daily work and even the entire community,” the mayor said.
For private establishments in the city that also wish to apply for “Fully Vaxxed” certifications, they may contact the city business permit and licensing office at 8288-88-11 local 2217 or send an email to bplo@caloocancity. gov.ph.
