Andanar confers certificates of recognition to Mayor Jaime Fresnedi and Muntinlupa Public Information Officer Tez Valencia-Navarro for piloting in the creation of a local communication officers’ group serving as one of the agency’s arm in disseminating government programs.

PCOO recognizes the initiative as a best practice in communications applied to community development.

Muntinlupa Barangay Information Officers network is composed of 50 information officers from the city’s nine barangays and offices of the City Government of Muntinlupa.

Public Information Officer Tez Valencia-Navarro created the group on 2014 and it has been consistently assisting the City Government in facilitating information and education campaigns.
