Muntinlupa Little League Team joins Asia-Pacific competition

The Muntinlupa Little League Baseball Team has qualified for the Little League Asia Pacific Championships after winning the national series.

Mayor Jaime Fresnedi welcomed the members of the team, comprised of students from public and private schools in the city, on June 18 at Muntinlupa City Hall.

Fresnedi congratulated the team and expressed hope that it would make it to the World Series.

The team is composed of students from PAREF Southridge School, De La Salle Zobel School, Muntinlupa Business High School, and Muntinlupa National High School Main.

Fresnedi said the Muntinlupa City government would continue to invest in the youth through education and sports programs.
