Held on September 21, 2023, this regular monthly meeting provided a valuable platform for representatives from various PESOs across the National Capital Region (NCR) to come together and discuss ways to strengthen employment services and opportunities for the region's residents.

Key speakers at the event included Major Reyno Jay Maniwan from the Philippine Army, Ms. Josephine Osea from PAMM, and DOLE-NCR Regional Director Atty. Sarah Buena S. Mirasol. The meeting addressed a wide range of critical topics, including the Army Recruitment Information Drive, PAMM President's Report, Secretary's Report, Treasurer's Report, updates on the PESO Congress, and Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) matters.
